Ordinal Genesis operates as a neutral, non-custodial Bitcoin NFT launchpad. We are not affiliated with, do not partner with, and do not endorse any specific project, NFT collection, inscription, or digital content that utilizes our Service. Any project’s presence on our platform does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or any guarantee of safety, quality, or legitimacy.

1. Limited Screening Scope

Our approval process for project submissions is strictly limited to a basic screening to ensure that submitted content is not illegal under applicable laws or regulations. We do not conduct — and cannot be expected to conduct — due diligence, vetting, or evaluation of a project’s authenticity, trustworthiness, financial standing, technical quality, or long-term viability.

2. Liability Considerations

Engaging in deeper evaluations or deciding whether a project “should” or “should not” launch could be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee, potentially creating legal liability for the actions, omissions, or representations of third-party projects. For this reason, we maintain a neutral role and limit our review process to the minimum required for legal compliance.

3. Non-Custodial Role

Ordinal Genesis does not hold user funds, manage project assets, or intervene in the execution or management of any project. All transactions and project operations are conducted directly between users and the blockchain in a self-custodial manner.

4. User Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of users to assess the legitimacy, quality, and risks of any project before interacting with it. Users should perform their own independent research and exercise caution when engaging with projects on or through our platform.
